I had this experience where the staff was really courteous, especially the cleaning crew. They were lovely and made this visit somewhat pleasant for me, even after all the chaos.

However, I noticed the toilet handle had to be held down to flush, which was inconvenient. Also, the shower drained slowly, and both ceiling lights flickered before fully turning on.
